Join Jill Emmerich and Michelle Falco for a FREE Laughter session at Lowdermilk Park every 2nd Saturday 3:30-5pm, in partnership with Mental Health Association of SWFL!
Fun, and easily adapted to all levels of ability, so anyone can participate successfully! Manage stress and discover the joy within in a group environment through use of humor, breath, positive laughirmations, and mindful relaxation.
