Join Michelle Falco as you dig deeper into yourself with this unique class catering to those suffering with anxiety, depression, and trauma. Starting with a gentle yoga practice that allows you to go deep within your inner self, Michelle will give specific self talk approaches to regaining the power in your life. These methods you can practice at home to enhance your confidence, and with dedication, can help slowly peel away the layers of anxiety, depression, or trauma.
Michelle also offers other gentle yoga classes specific to relaxation, sleep enhancement, and impact of nutrition on mental, emotional, and physical health. See schedule for details on current and upcoming classes.
