Mary Ann is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Florida and California. She has worked in the mental health profession as a psychotherapist intermittently for over 30 years, taking a seven-year hiatus to raise her two daughters. Her work has focused on helping individuals achieve the behavioral and psychological goals they aspire to achieve. Psyche as soul is foundational in Mary Ann’s work, she views each individual as on their own unique path of self discovery.
MaryAnn’s passions include process painting. She says that “process painting provides another way into the psyche, much like talk therapy and journaling. This way of creating gives us images and a greater familiarity with our inner critic. Understanding all the parts of our psyche aids us on our life long journey to Self.”
Mary Ann specializes in empowering women experiencing life transitions, emotional challenges, and relationship issues. She also facilitates couples therapy and individual counseling for adults and teens ages 15 & older surrounding issues related to anxiety, stress, trauma, grief/loss, and substance abuse recovery.
