PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED, CALL OFFICE TO REGISTER! 
This is our special 4 week class for children ages 5-12 struggling from anxiety, worries, fears, shyness, and self-doubt. Your little one will develop self-confidence and healthy anxiety-related coping skills from an early age through use of movement, breath, sound, and relaxation.
Children should wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat or use one of ours!
