There is no coming to consciousness without pain.
Life is full of challenges. Obstacles, detours, dead-ends, round-a-bouts, and one way streets are inevitable and often unexpected along one’s journey. Most individuals can benefit from talking with an objective, professionally trained therapist who can assist with processing through current, past, or anticipated future life stressors. Many find it beneficial to receive validation as appropriate, accountability reference, and assistance in brainstorming options to resolve concerns and move forward. Talk therapy consists of individual, family, or couples sessions depending on the need.
Our wounds are often the openings into the best and most beautiful part of us.
Our therapists have a minimum of a master’s degree in clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy and are licensed therapists in the state of Florida. We have varying specialties and you will be matched with the therapist most suitable to your particular concerns and needs. Often long-term therapy is not needed and clients are able to accomplish mutually agreed upon therapeutic goals in a reasonable timely manner. In cases of extensive trauma and deeper rooted childhood related issues, therapy can be a longer-term commitment before resolution and peace find their way.
While traditional talk therapy is effective for some, others benefit from a more integrative approach. This may include a combination of any of the other services we offer, from incorporating expressive therapies into individual or family sessions, or the recommendation of additional modalities outside of therapy sessions, such as Yoga to Aromatherapy. As a courtesy, we offer special discounts to therapy clients for our integrative classes, groups, and Frequent Flyer Program.
