This process group consists of a combination of sharing, body exercises, (aligned with freeing blocked energy), educational materials and coaching. You will discover new or lost aspects of your self and begin to understand how powerful you really are. Your goals will become clear and you will know how to reach for them.
1st and 3rd Monday 6:30-8pm
2nd and 4th Monday 2:30-4pm
