Spring into Wellness as Monarch Wellness cordially invites you to their Open House at both locations! In celebration of their five year anniversary as an integrative wellness center, they are excited to open their doors to the community. Meet their professionally trained and experienced counselors with a minimum of a master’s degree in a mental health related field, their friendly professional front office staff, and their wellness practitioners who share common threads of compassion and focus in providing solid effective evidenced-based treatment.

Initially born as Monarch Therapy nine years ago, they transformed into Monarch Wellness over the years with expanded services to promote holistic health and su…pplement professional counseling/psychotherapy & wellness coaching. They are focused on assisting individuals and families relieve stress and anxiety, resolve emotional trauma, adjust to life challenges and transform their lives in healthy ways.

The team has felt honored to witness the metamorphosis of those who have invited them on their wellness journeys. They invite you to drop by, meet the staff, and experience a sampling of services, including Gentle Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Restorative Sound (Crystal and Tibetan Bowls), Meditation, and Guided Relaxation. Participants can participate in a raffle for free classes and continued services, with proceeds to support wellness programs with local non-profit Cancer Alliance of Naples.
