SOCIAL & LIFE SKILLS GROUP FOR ADULTS

Join Daniel Riggs, LCSW for interactive meetings focused on skill building and social development.

Participants will learn how to:

~ Improve relationships

~ Cope with stressors in healthy ways

~ Gain success with daily life functioning

~ Build a support system

~ Strengthen communication skills

~ Practice relaxation tools

~ Improve self-confidence

8 weeks STARTS MAY 16TH ~ REGISTER BY MAY 9TH! Group will decide together on a different day, time and location for the last session to celebrate group progress (in lieu of 4th of July holiday conflict)!

$200 ($25 per group session) to be paid in full by May 9th to reserve your spot.

Alternate option: Break payment into 2 segments; just add $25 to first payment. $125 to be paid by May 9th; $100 to be paid at 5th session June 13th.

Insurance may help offset cost; Daniel is in-network with Aetna and Medicare.
