Gentle class for all levels of ability. Life is ever changing…surrender to the transformation and allow the healing journey to unfold. This meditative class helps you tune into a deeper inner mind/body connection to aid the transformational process. The power of yoga has been known to help those with emotional and physical ailments. Practiced for centuries, yoga is a non-impact form of exercise that increases flexibility, cardiovascular health, balance, increased strength, and weight reduction.

Tuesdays: 9:00-10:00am

$50/4 classes. (Clients: $40/4 classes)
